I was extremely pleased with my experience of dealing with EMPC. I called & spoke with Larry, who scheduled a service appointment for me two days later. He told me the name of the service tech (Daniel) who would be performing the treatment, his arrival time, what he would be doing (treatment & follow up), and the cost. On the day of treatment, Daniel called me well before his scheduled arrival time to inform me he was enroute. I was very impressed with Daniel’s professionalism, knowledge and attitude as he safely conducted the treatment of my property. Having been the Safety Director of an international chemical company, I was impressed that he explained to me the specifics of the chemical(s), his procedures, his equipment and his safety procedures. I highly recommend Estrella Mountain Pest Control for your pest control service. Here's why- A couple years ago we bought a home and kept the pest control that the previous owners had set up. It was a monthly schedule costing around $50. The technician was capable, but the corporate company he worked for had various issues. When he left the company, I decided to check for a local company. After reading an article in a magazine written by Larry Cash, owner of Estrella Mountain Pest Control, I gave him a call. Larry does the initial treatment, and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff! He set us up on an every other month treatment schedule at a cost of not much over what it was costing us each month with the corporate co. Our family recently acquired a much larger 2nd property and I called Larry again. When he came to set up the EOM treatment plan, it was the same cost as our smaller home. That surprised me because I expected it to be much more. I also had another pest concern, and Larry did not just go 'the extra mile', he went an extra 5 miles to ease my concerns.
